Power Washing

Sometimes all that’s required to return the exterior of your house, fence or deck to its pristine condition is a power washing.  Power washing prep is usually recommended for most residential homes prior to painting or staining projects.  With all complete exterior painting projects, I include power washing service as part of project preparation for removing dirt, mildew and loose and flaky paint.

Minor Carpentry

Molding and trim sets your home apart and adds a touch of luxury. I will work with you to determine the best options for your home. Most times it is not necessary to hire a separate carpenter for your interior or exterior painting project when minor carpentry repairs are needed.  I am able to assist you with minor repairs, including trim board repairs and small patching to complete your painting project.

Wallpaper Removal

Removing dated wallpaper can be beneficial to update the overall look and feel of your home. I use several techniques for removing wallpaper depending on its age and type.  After removal and proper prep work, you'll never notice wallpaper was ever there!
